Shipping costs
4WRD only sells/supplies products to registered business/B2B/retail customers.

We do not have a minimum order amount. We ship free of charge within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Austria and Luxemburg from EUR 300,- (ex VAT).

With a lower order amount we charge a contribution of Euro 14.95 for the shipping costs.
NB; Different rates may apply for pallet shipments. We will contact you in advance about this.

It may differ per order whether we use DHL | DPD | GLS | FedEx | etc.

Delivery times
Orders placed before 1:00 PM will normally be shipped the same (working) day (except public holidays / if in stock).
The order is normally delivered the next (working) day in NL and BE.
Deliveries to DE and FR take between 2-3 days.
Deliveries to other countries take between 2-5 days.

Sometimes a delay can occur due to a force majeure situation, for example due to weather/accident/illness/sorting center malfunction/etc.

We send all orders with a Track & Trace code. This shipping confirmation will be sent in advance by email. Didn't receive an email? Please check the spam box to be sure and/or contact us.
