Shipping costs
4WRD only sells/supplies products to registered business/B2B/retail customers.

We ship free of charge within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, France, Spain and Austria from EUR 500 (ex VAT).
For a lower order amount we charge a contribution of Euro 9.95 for shipping costs.
NB; Different rates may apply for pallet shipments. We will contact you in advance about this.

For shipping to other countries in the EU, we use free shipping from EUR 1,000.
For a lower order amount we charge a contribution of Euro 49.95 for shipping costs.
If the country of your choice is not among the shipping options, please contact us.

It may differ per order whether we use DHL | DPD | GLS | FedEx | etc.

Delivery times
Orders placed before 2:00 PM will normally be shipped the same (working) day (except public holidays / if in stock).
The order is normally delivered the next (working) day in NL and BE.
Deliveries to DE take on average 2-3 days.
Deliveries to other countries take on average 2-5 days.

Sometimes a delay can occur due to a force majeure situation, for example due to weather/accident/illness/sorting center malfunction/etc.

We send all orders with a Track & Trace code. This shipping confirmation will be sent in advance by email. Didn't receive an email? Please check the spam box to be sure and/or contact us.
